The Strategic Plan Implementation Team

In 2009, a team was assembled to oversee the implementation of the Strategic Plan (2009-2014). The mandate of the team is to

To recommend, in consultation with the Bishop and the Treasurer, a budget for the Strategic Plan;
To recommend a financial strategy to achieve the objectives of the Strategic Plan;
To prioritize the strategic initiatives within the Strategic Plan consistent with urgency and financial strategies;
To appoint and to co-ordinate the appropriate working groups throughout the Diocese, in order to implement the initiatives of the Strategic Plan, as prioritized by The Implementation Committee;
To develop a process of measuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the Strategic Plan;
To co-ordinate on a regular basis with the Bishop and the Territorial Archdeacons and to report progress to the Executive Committee quarterly.
