Archbishop Anne Germond is pleased to announce the appointment of Janet Borneman as the Warden of Lay Readers in the Deanery of Muskoka effective immediately.

Janet has a history of parish/deanery involvement from 1990 to present day. Currently, she is a parochial Lay Reader, secretary of the Muskoka Deanery Lay Readers’ Association and of Muskoka Deanery Council. She will be well-known to many in the deanery.

She brings an enthusiasm for the ministry of the laity and has a very hands-on approach to leadership.

We welcome Janet to her new role in the diocese and ask that we uphold her in prayer as she undertakes this new ministry in Muskoka.
