Archbishop Anne Germond is pleased to announce the appointment of the Rt. Rev. Dr. Victoria Matthews as Pastoral Chaplain for the Deanery of Thunder Bay-North Shore.  Bishop Victoria has been the Bishop in Residence in the Parish of St. Michael and All Angels, Thunder Bay, since November 21, 2021 and is concluding that appointment in May.  She has felt a calling to continue ministry within the Diocese of Algoma and offered to fill the role of Pastoral Chaplain for the deanery working with those discerning a call to ministry.  Her experience as a Bishop will be very beneficial to enquirers and potential postulants within the Thunder Bay-North Shore area.
