When the Diocese of Athabasca decided to organise a Bible Reading Marathon in Holy Week the hope was that this event will help to bring the family of Christ closer together.

By your response to this marathon we can tell that is starting to happen. We have readers joining from Zimbabwe, Nigeria, South Sudan, Germany, England and all across Canada. We thank you for your wonderful support in reading God’s Word across the world.

We also hope that many more people can join in and watch or listen to the Bible being read in a variety of languages.

To this end we would ask you to share the attached Link to the Zoom gathering as far and wide as possible; During Services, messages, FaceBook, Twitter, InstaGram and any other means you can think of.

Help us to make this a truly international gathering of the family of Christ, sharing Scripture for all to enjoy – whatever their background or location.
