John Sovereign, Incumbent of St. John’s Church, Schreiber from 1996-2006, has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Archbishop Anne reached out to him over the weekend, and he would very much appreciate prayers from his Algoma family and the wider church. After leaving Algoma, John served St. Thomas’ Church in Chilliwack, BC until his retirement in May 2017. Please be assured, John, that your siblings of Algoma Diocese are upholding you in prayer.
