1. The Bishop may appoint one of the priests of the Diocese to be the
Dean of Algoma.
2. By this appointment the Dean becomes the Senior Priest of the
Diocese.
3. At the request of the Bishop the Dean may represent and act on
behalf of the Bishop in matters liturgical and governmental.
