Synod Prayer Vigil Volunteers Needed!

At the upcoming Diocesan Synod (May 3-6, 2017), the library at The Water Tower Inn will be set aside for those desiring to uphold this gathering and its participants in prayer.

Prayer is a necessary and vital part of all of our discussions and decisions as we continuously seek to discern God’s will and so your prayers for inspiration and guidance are greatly welcomed.

When are you needed?

Thurs., May 4th:  9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Fri., May 5th:  9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sat., May 6th:  9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Vigil time slots are arranged in one-hour intervals for these days but you are welcome to be in the library for as little time or as much time as you would like.  Feel free to do some prayer journaling, sketching, knitting a prayer shawl, etc...

If you are interested in joining the prayer vigil in the library at The Water Tower Inn, please contact Susan Koyle: 705-253-6456 or susan.montague2@gmail.com

*Please join us at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 4th, at The Water Tower Inn, for a service of Morning Prayer in which the Prayer Vigil candle will be lit and prayers offered for our vigil.
